I’ve never had an astral projection but I really like lucid dreams. It’s like you get to do whatever you want with no consequences.

Hear me out, I’ve been having astral projections naturally for about 2 years now. Within seconds of lying down, i became in the paralyzed state and my experience begins.
I-dosing is dumb, and as a person with experience it’s not the same.
I-dosing is like telling someone there is vodka in punch and they believe it and start acting dumb and obnoxious.
My observation is that you become in the relaxed state of mind, and concentrating on the mind makes the person feel “high” while i-dosing.
I lucid dream all the time also. I-dosing NOT THE SAME.
